Welcome to the 200 Club webpage where you can download an application form for renewal of membership or to request extra subscriptions. Thank you for your continued interest and support.

 

I hope you noticed your SRT and draw numbers which were in your email. I am sure you know that the cost of a year’s draw numbers and membership is £15 per year or £1.25 per month – the year runs from January to December and renewal requests are made in October. Extra purchases for draw numbers are welcome at any time. Here’s a reminder of the prize amounts – December £250, £150, £100, £75, £50 and £30 – June £150, £100, £50, £30 and £20 – and 10 other monthly amounts of £50, £40, £30, £25 and £20.

 

I venture to suggest an increase in the annual cost of membership at some stage in the future to either £18 (£1.50 per month) or £24 (£2 per month) and as your opinion matters, Pete and I would welcome your comment on the idea. I am thinking that some increase in cost would enable some increase in prize money and hopefully, therefore, more members. My main reason for the suggestion is the high cost of building and cost of most projects on the ‘to do’ list and I feel the more money we can (willingly!) raise, the more the 200 Club would be able to achieve in terms of the size or value of project we could take on – sadly, costs are always rising.

Support for the signal box at Corfe Castle has been very good in the last four years or so and a great building has been created. I hope you will be able to support the excellent project of fitting out the new station building at Harman’s Cross. The building is making very good progress and will be another great asset on the Railway.
